Research On The Evaluation System Of City Logistics Development

The development of city logistics plays a very important role in the economy and people's daily life of the city. At present, there are a variety of problems in the development of city logistics in China.The level of city logistics is still dropping behind. People in charge of city construction need a scientific and effective evaluation system for city logistics development evaluation.Although some scholars have already conducted some research on city logistics development, the evaluation system remains deficiencies.Based on the existing evaluation systems, the paper selected a various quantitative and qualitative indexes and constructed a set of city logistics development evaluation system through investigation and analysis, and provided an accurate evaluation tool for city logistics managers. So that the development status of city logistics became clear, and the disadvantages and obstruction of the city logistics development had been know deeply to improve the level of city logistics development and city environment.In order to ensure the accuracy of evaluation results, the paper adopted a fuzzy evaluation method and principal component analysis method, calculated with statistical software SPSS.Finally, taken Wuhan as an example, the paper evaluated city logistics development of Wuhan through the constructed city logistics evaluation system. According to the results, the paper pointed out the inadequate point of Wuhan in city logistics and proposed some improvements.
