Development of information technology and internet technology has been promoting the economic globalization. Economic globalization brings a series of challenges to the development of enterprises. Faced with the trend of global competition, enterprises have to promote the informatization process. At present, more and more enterprises begin to implement informatization strategy, and therefore, examples of failure become more and more. The success of the implementation of informatization is closely related to corporate culture. It is significant to research on the impact of corporate culture on the performance of informatization. But most of the available research is qualitative description and reasoning and lacks of systematic study. In view of the above questions, based on the qualitative analysis, this paper designs the scale of organizational culture according to OCQ and the scale of enterprise informatization performance according to BSC methodology from a cognitive perspective. OC is measured in four dimensions (involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission). And informatization performance is measured in another four dimensions (financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth). Based on the above, the paper designs conceptual model and index system which measures the OC's impact on the informatization performance. Then, it carries on quantitative analysis through the actual survey and data collection, using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0.Research shows that OC's impact on the informatization performance is significant. The impact of each dimension of OC on each dimension of informatization performance is different. The impact of culture characteristic: flexibility is more obvious than that of the characteristic: stability. In this paper, the main innovation is the conceptual model and index system which measures the OC's impact on informatization performance, the quantitative analysis and the summarized culture characteristics.
