A Study On Enterprise Informationilization From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

Accompanying the coming era of the information economy and the further expediting of economic globalization process, the tide of informationilization is engulfing the entire word, and the level of informationilization has become vital in judging the actual strength of a country or an area. With the informationilization process promote comprehensively, enterprise informationilization has become ensurerance of upgrading the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, and the inevitable choice of enterprise obtaining survive and development in the increasingly fierce market competition.At present, the enterprise informationilization and business process reengineering are flourished, but enterprises often only value the role of information technology when doing the transformation of informationilization, while ignoring that people access to and research subjective conscious information, data and knowledge and neglecting the relationships of man and information, the information environment, resulting in enterprise informationilization not up to the required results. Information ecology is an emerging interdisciplinary, which using the sophisticated ecological theory to study the relationships of people, information and the information environment, is the new thinking of managing information, and provide a new perspective for us to study the issue of enterprise informationilization. This dissertation introduced the concept of information ecology to the construction of enterprise informationilization, with a view to guide the construction of enterprise informatization in China using the information ecology theory.At first, this dissertation proceeded from the background of writing, It had introduced the present situation of the study about enterprise informationilization and information ecology both at home and abroad. It proposed the significance of the study and innovational point. In the theoretical foundation part, it introduces enterprise informationilization theory and information ecology theory to form the theory frame. In the key part of the dissertation, First, it analyzed the status quo of China's enterprise informationilization, proposed problems of enterprise informationilization exists and found the source from the information ecology. Second, it introduced the enterprise information ecosystem, constructed the enterprise informationilization model on information ecology perspective, and interpreted the model. Third, it proposed enterprise informationilization evaluation index system from the perspective of the information ecology on the basis of the model, and used AHP to weight the indexes, then proposed the calculation method of overall performance of enterprise informationization. Fourth, it took SD enterprise as the example, and carried on the positivere research. It used the evaluation system proposed in this dissertation carrying out evaluation of the enterprise informationilization.The main innovation of this dissertation is to introduce the concept of information ecology to the construction of enterprise informationilization, build the enterprise informationilization model from the perspective of information ecology, and propose enterprise informationilization evaluation index system based on the model, hopes to provide new ideas for the construction of enterprise informatization in China.
