Knowledge sharing is the most basic as well as the most critical aspect in various aspects of knowledge management, therefore, the study of knowledge sharing has been the focus of scholars. The intensification of economic globalization and information revolution makes businesses’environment more turbulent and complex in today’s world. In the process of survival and development, business faces more and more uncertainty, and at the same time opportunities and challenges will increase, which requires companies to pay more attention to their living environment. If knowledge sharing would be effective, companies should not only focus on all kinds of knowledge, but also pay attention to the harmonious relationship between employees, knowledge and environment. Knowledge, people (knowledge workers) and the business environment are elements of knowledge ecosystem. Since the vast majority of enterprises at home and abroad is still in the process of informatization and haven’t reached the level of knowledge building, this paper’s study is not based on the knowledge ecosystem but on information ecosystem. On the basis of reading a lot of literature, this paper systematically analyzes and researches some important issues of enterprise knowledge sharing based on the basic view of enterprise information ecosystem. This paper argues that people, information (or knowledge) and enterprise environment are three elements of enterprise information ecosystem, and any of them will have an enormous impact on the balance of the system, thus will have an inestimable impact on enterprise knowledge sharing. So, the interaction and coordination of these three factors will affect the performance knowledge-sharing implementation. This paper argues that people, information (or knowledge), these three constitute the enterprise environment enterprise information ecosystem factors in either the balance of the system will have an enormous impact, thus enterprise knowledge sharing an inestimable impact, so, the interaction of these three factors will affect the implementation and coordination of performance knowledge-sharing. This paper analyzes the factors affecting knowledge sharing in detail based on enterprise information ecosystem, proposes evaluation index system of enterprise knowledge sharing, and analyzes empirically the performance of enterprise knowledge sharing by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis to verify the feasibility of evaluation system constructed. This paper reviews enterprise knowledge-sharing problems in a new perspective-information ecology, the basic ideas discussed will play a role for further research in this area, and the evaluation index system of knowledge sharing performance proposed will have some significance on our enterprise knowledge sharing implementation.
