Study On Enterprise HeXie Informationilization Based On HeXie Management Theory And System Dynamics

The successful implementation of enterprise informationilization is a valid path to enterprise management systematize and improving the efficiency of information management. However, because of insufficient understanding of informationilization and lack of experiences, enterprise informationilization does not work very smoothly in our country. There are a lot of questions: some enterprises informationilization are carried out blindly, leading to failure, causing great loss. How to construct a self-development mechanism that is suitable for enterprise informationilization is an important issue that is related with enterprise self-development.Enterprise informationilization is a huge system engineering which not only involves process and organization reform but also involves the impact of personnel even culture. HeXie Theory is the practice activity. It uses optimization and uncertainty reduction in order to achieve its aim among the changing environment. And He Xie Theory was set up to solve practical problems. So that it becomes very essential to combine the two.Enterprise HeXie Informationilization mechanism analyzes the specific enterprises HeXie process of informationilization with "double rules" mechanism that includes "He Principles" and "Xie Principles" at different stages of enterprise informationilization after identifying the theme of "HeXie Informationilization".This thesis first studies the foundation of "He Principles of enterprise informationilization" and "Xie Principles of enterprise informationilization". It proposes relevant factors that can promote enterprise HeXie informationilization through the understanding of specific circumstances of enterprise HeXie informationilization. It sets up a system dynamics model of "Xie Principles of enterprise informationilization", "He Principles of enterprise informationilization" and related factors on the basis of the results of previous studies. This thesis analyzes that enterprises invest different scales of efforts on He Principles and how to impact enterprises informationilization to achieve a state of harmony through computer simulation of system dynamics model. It studies enterprise HeXie informationilization mechanism from both qualitative and quantitative and achieves the purpose that improving success rate of enterprise informationilization and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.The study results of this thesis are mainly as following: Firstly, propose the system of HeXie Theme and HeXie Task of enterprise HeXie informationilization; Secondly, clear the foundation and impact factors of enterprise HeXie informationilization; Finally, set up a system dynamics model of enterprise HeXie informationilization, then draw related conclusions through the model simulation.
