Research On The Operational Model Of Tianjin Eco-city

To construct eco-city is a necessary choice to guide the urban to realize sustainable development, which is also the progress mark of human civilization. Tianjin Eco-city is the second strategic cooperation project between Chinese government and Singapore government. The aim is to explore development eco-city model which can be copied, practiced and promoted by learning from advanced international concepts, methods and techniques and innovating the mode of development. The establishment of Tianjin Eco-city will realize the goal of Chinese urban construction's sustainable development. It has great theoretical and practical significance to construct a harmonious society of resource-conserving and environment-friendly.Based on the analysis of basic situation of Tianjin Eco-city, using the theory of eco-city, urban management and urban operation, this thesis studies the operation mode of Tianjin eco-city as following:1. Expatiate the contents and types of urban management model, analysis the organization model and method system of Singapore urban management, then design the management mode of Tianjin Eco-city by learning from Singaporean experience in urban management model, including the organization model, operation mechanism, resources configuration and method system.2. Analyze the objective and feasibility of urban land operation, on the basis of that make certain the exchange mode and operation mechanism of Tianjin Eco-city etc., build the land operation framework and land operation strategies of Tianjin Eco-city, and put forward counter-measures on land operation of Tianjin Eco-city.3. Analyze the infrastructure of Tianjin Eco-city, put forward the market model of Tianjin Eco-city infrastructure operation, infrastructure to clarify the meaning of market, the objectives and specific ways, and research on the financial channels of Tianjin Eco-city infrastructure;4. Research on the culture, image and environment of intangible assets of Tianjin Eco-city, and then put forward strategy accordingly.This thesis is based on Education Humanities and Social Sciences project of Tianjin Board (ID: TJ05-JJ012) "Research on the problems of Tianjin Eco-city's building", focusing on researching the operation model of Tianjin Eco-city, including management model, urban land operation model, infrastructure marketable and intangible assets operation model, on that basis put forward the specific ideas, methods and countermeasure of Tianjin Eco-city's operation.
