| The small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand receives more attention from governments and scholars day by day because of its influential role in regional economic development. As regard to present status of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand of China, while promoting local economic development, small and medium-sized enterprise which constitutes the main body of regional brand mainly faces reduction of the profit margins, depletion of the natural resources, increasing pressure of environment and new situation of labor supply. Because of decreasing advantage of cost in progressively, small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand now confronts hardship in its development, which causes its reputation difficult to improve. However, any mature theories regarding evolution mechanism issue of the small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand has ever been found. That's why evolution of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand of China lacks efficient guidance. Therefore, through detailed research of evolution mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand, we hope that will guide the development of regional brand and make small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand grow faster.Based on research of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand and industrial clusters, by virtue of combined research techniques, such as combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods and combination of induction and deduction methods, this article has utilized multi-disciplinary and multi-angle analysis methods, elaborated evolution path of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand, analyzed support condition of its evolution, established its evolution model, followed by analysis of the relevance of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand evolution and industrial clusters, argued that industrial clusters development can effective promote the evolution of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand from the perspective of the life cycle of industrial clusters, finally enumerated "Yangtze River" tourism brand, "Binhai New Area" of Tianjin,and"Silicon Valley" high-tech zone brand to prove the conclusion: the small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand evolution and the industrial clusters' development has the relevance; the industrial clusters' development can effectively impel the evolution of small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand; evolving the small and medium-sized enterprise regional brand with the industrial clusters' development is the effective solution to solve the problems faced by the regional brand growth of the small and medium-sized enterprise. |
