| At present, the industrial cluster has become an area of important issues in economics, industrial economics and other disciplines.Cluster enhances the competitiveness of all kinds,such as enterprise competitiveness, industrial competitiveness, regional competitiveness. This makes research on industrial cluster, particularly on their competitiveness is a more far-reaching significance.After more than 30 years of planning and development, small and medium enterprise in economic output and corporate quality has been greatly improved in Anhui.SMEs have become an important force in economy. But, with the quickening frequency of technical innovation rapid changes in consumer demand and the impact of international industrial transfer, start-up and survival of SMEs industrial clusters in traditional industries are facing more and more difficulties。This not only directly affects the growth rate and growth of SMEs, also threatens the smooth evolution of traditional industries and the local economy growth。The purpose of this paper is available under the guidance of the theory of comprehensive and systematic analysis of the characteristics of present situation of industrial cluster of SME in Anhui, finding major problems in the development of industrial clusters, solving problems, so as to facilitate their better development.Qin Lan is located in the eastern Anhui Province. It is the junction of three cities in Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces.6.6 square kilometers have been built within the township, which concentrates more than 700 medium and small electronics companies. Core enterprises in the production of electronic products, supporting enterprises product parts, which comes into Initial formation of industrial clusters. Electronic industrial cluster competitiveness based on GEM model of Qin LAN town conducted a case study. Investigation and analysis on the scientific system, supports that the competitiveness of Qin LAN town electronics industrial cluster is slightly higher than the national average. According to the results of data analysis, This paper puts forward relevant recommendations of the electronics industry. And on this basis, in promoting SME industrial clusters competitiveness, this paper provides relevant policy advices.This paper adopts the following research methods:(1) The method of qualitative and quantitative:This paper makes a qualitative analysis of the characteristics and problems of SME industrial clusters; Also, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of competitiveness of Qin LAN town electronics industry cluster by using GEM model (2) Case study method:A case study of Qin LAN town electronics industry cluster and its empirical analysis, Concludes the score of GEM model of electronics industry cluster, analyses the development status and puts forward relevant recommendations。(3) The questionnaire survey method:in order to obtain the weight of each factor and evaluation in index system, Qin LAN town government staff and Qin LAN town some electronics companies were handed out questionnaires (4) Interviewing method:In order to get more first-hand information, interviews with government staff were made. More comprehensive and objective understanding of the electronics industry cluster of Qin LAN town are achieved.The basic idea of this paper is as follows:First of all, it illustrates research aims and significance of the thesis paper and defines relevant concepts.It explains the meaning of industrial clusters competitiveness and discuss the situation of the research on industrial cluster. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of SME industrial clusters of Anhui. Main characteristics of SME industrial clusters of Anhui are as follows:scale gradually expanded; outstanding features of the cluster; distribution equilibrium of cluster regions; a big gap in the development level; strong leading enterprises led effect; continuous improvement of industrial chain; continuous improvement of specialized market and supporting system. Main characteristics of SME industrial clusters of Qinlan are as follows:there is a large number of enterprises, huge production capacity; high degree of outward; strong market competitiveness; industrial chain is relatively complete; high degree of enterprise aggregation; innovation ability continuously improve.Thirdly, using the GEM model and method of AHP analysis of the competitiveness of electronics industrial cluster of Qin LAN town. The Score of industrial clusters of SMEs of Qin LAN town is 354.224, which is above the national average but does not have a strong competitive advantage. According to the analysis of three sets of factors of electronics industrial cluster of Qin LAN town, the paper makes some conclusions. In the basic factors, Facility score slightly better than resource; In the resource factors, traditional culture and geographical location score above the national average; In facilities, Industrial infrastructure、The ability of the government to guide the development of industry、economic policies to support innovation and laws and regulations on innovation support score above the national average. But in financing, credit guarantee systems, public service platform construction, construction of social security system and infrastructure aspects of life is less than ideal。The paper compares the industrial cluster of Qin LAN town electronics with the industrial cluster of down, feather processing and products of Shucheng, and with the industrial cluster of plastics of Beilun district of Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province.Finally, the paper summarizes the problems in the development of electronic industrial cluster of Qin LAN town and make recommendations for its better development, and points out the meaning of SME industrial clusters development.Why does the Qin LAN town’s private economy encounter the constraints during the development? One reason is the objective environment is not too good, and the other one is the enterprises lack of the capacity. We can make the following efforts:Strengthen industrial policies for industrial upgrading; Promote innovation and diffusion; Promote the development of intermediary organizations and complete support system for industrial cluster. |
