Studing On Economic Cooperative Organization In The Process Of Building Of A Harmonius Village

At the point of economic cooperation of farmers, the paper comes to depict and analyze the fish association in Maan, a village of Guangxi province with interpretational anthropology, cultural anthropology and organizational anthropology. It wants to explore the various reasons and culture system of implication, which is the important factor that regulates if economic cooperative organizations could run regularly and naturally in fact-to-fact society. Then it is important science value and realism significance to reach it.This paper is divided into five sections. The first section is prolegomenon, and author combs the relevant concepts and the academic study about economic cooperative organization in other fields through the literature survey in the part. The secondary section roundly describes the background, the natural environment and literal milieu on fish association's blossom and operation in Maan village. Then the following section dissects the organization with various views. The fourthly section culturally deciphers the reasons of successful cooperation with theoretical category about mainstream culture and subaltern culture, then author brings forward the concept of the aggregative collectivism thinking on the basis of logistic analysis to explain the relations, pointing at how to harmonize the organization's stratification feature and kin characteristic in their clan. Finally, the author summarizes that the cooperation organization insets in environment, societal system and cultural tradition; it's impossible that constructing organization emphasize on rational efficiency and system, because the logos and custom are indispensability which both are characters of cooperation organization in the clan village, then the cooperative organization of Farmers could take effect and harmonious village constructing come true.
