Study On The Establishment Of Creative Agricultural Cooperative Organization In Kongyuan Village

Creative farming is an emerging industry that integrates many science fields, advanced technology and culture. It is the mixture of traditional farming and creative concepts. The product of creative farming demonstrates the feature of customization, distinctive and diversity. The Kongyuan village attempts to develop creative agriculture with their distinctive features. The pastoral scenery they built was praised as "the hometown of the stars" by visitors. The enact of "Cooperative Agricultural Organization Law of The People’s Republic of China" has made the cooperative agricultural organization more standardized. As a new collective group, the cooperative agricultural organization is different from the individual farmers and acts as the new driving force of the development of the contemporary Chinese rural areas. The support of the three cooperative agricultural organization has largely contributed to the success of creative agriculture development in Kongyuan village, thus they can have certain representativeness.This paper consists of seven parts. It begins with introduction, which describes the purpose and significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad. Followed by the theoretical basis of the development of cooperative agricultural organization. In the following part, the paper examines the role of cooperative agricultural organization in the development of creative agricultural.The forth part analysis the organization mode and benefit coupling mechanism of cooperative agricultural organization in the development of creative agriculture.Then the Kongyuan village was used as an example to illustrate the current situation of the development of creative agriculture as well as the cooperative agricultural organization. Then the paper examines the formation of cooperative agricultural organization in Kongyuan village. Last but not least, the paper summaries with findings and countermeasures of the research, it also provides some useful suggestions on possible innovations and deficiencies.Based on the agricultural cooperatives theory, the agricultural industrial organization theory, the scale economy theory and the division of labor and cooperation theory, this paper analysis the current status of the development of creative agriculture and cooperative Agricultural Organization in Kongyuan Village. Through the case study, it came to us that the cooperative Agricultural Organization have greatly boosted the formation of creative agriculture industry chain and the cultural atmosphere. The construction should be the joint effort of both the company and village Party branch and village committees, rather than solely by farmers themselves. The benefit affiliating mechanism also should unite farmers together by means of distributing technology and shares. Cooperative Agricultural Organization have already shown some problems, for example:lack of culture atmosphere, unbalanced industry standards, low level of cooperation organization production, thin cooperative concept and so on. This paper profits from the domestic and foreign advanced experience to cast a light on the development of creative agriculture in Kongyuan village.This paper aims to construct a standardized Cooperative Agricultural Organization system based on the example of Kongyuan village for future guidance. It has certain guidance and reverence value for the transition from government leading market to the market leading investment; from single investors to diversified entities and comprehensive; and pursue sustainable development in an all-round coordinated way. However, this paper does not research into the specific measures of how Kongyuan village managed to build such professional cooperatives and e-commerce organizations with its distinctive feature.
