With the world economy's integration and internation, more and more large enterprises emerge in China, which have experienced expand the scale from single enterprises to enterprise groups,and the original business model can't meet its strategic development needs any more. Therefore, the enterprise groups began to focus there attention on how to achieve both decentralized operational risksand create more cooperation with other business for the purpose of a win-win situation, in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantages and long-term development through the implementation of the strategy of diversification. Based on the above-mentioned need ,it is necessary to study how to implement the strategy of diversification in order to provide support for the strategic management and control information for the task.In this paper, based on the study on diversified domestic and foreign enterprises in an integrated theory of business strategy research results and practical experience the by use of management science, economics, statistics, theory of accounting methods,to study on diversification of Haier Group systematic. Firstly,this article introduces the socio-economic background and significance for Haier Group, the basic concept and theory of enterprise groups' diversified strategy.Then in view of study on the implementation of diversified strategy at home and abroad , explores both internal and external driving forces as well as the support and constraints environment for Haier Group to choice the strategy; next is the evaluation on the implementation of Haier Group's diversified business strategy, and propose the future path for the implementation and realization of the diversified strategy base on the grasp of the macro-economic environment, strengthen the group's core competitiveness, coordination with existing resources to expand the matching relationship between the opt-out of the industry with low barriers to trade, to play the function of the effectiveness of strategic alliances to accelerate the training and strategic reserves to strengthen the group's culture, such as Haier Group; Finally, conclusions and out look for the full paper.It should be noted that this article does not attempt to build a model to fit any diversified business. Because it doesn't exist the universal and universally applicable diversified strategy for any enterprise group in fact. It needs all enterprise groups must choice the specific strategy which related closely to the requirements of the business environment and the different stages of development.
