A Power Industry Group Company Development Strategy Research

With the profound reform of the domestic economic situation and energy situation, especially the release of "Some opinions on further deepening the reform of electric power system in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China" in March 2015,the power of collective enterprises as the product of special historical period will meet the exams. The A-Power Industrial Corporation(In 1979 the firm is called as the Department of the Installation of the electrical part),which is the welfare-oriented enterprises, is established for the resettlement of young intellectuals, who are sent to the countryside, and for solving the problem of employment of the children of workers. The business of the firm is related to the engineering construction of the Power enterprise and the equipment manufacturing industry. As the market economy is in the increasing standardization and the reform of grid system deepens continuously, the problems such as the extensive management, unclear property rights, personnel surplus, inefficiency, electrical installation, which are formed and inherent for years, have been highlighted out. The old patterns of survival and development, which rely on the grid enterprises will be completely changed. The old ideas and concepts of “great trees are good for shade “will also be completely broken. In this paper, by using the theory of development strategy, SWOT, PEST analysis method, analysis of enterprise operating performance and internal and external environment, fixing the enterprise development strategy, finally to help enterprises to develop a feasible development strategy.
