"The Land Use/Land Cover Change" (LUCC) research is a front of international science research to follow the realm nowadays, is one of the core contents of the global environment variety science concern, is also a domestic and international academic circles currently an across the course topic very and popularly. The land-use change means that mainly by human-being's direct and indirect activity on lands, one region's land-structure and land-characteristics will be changed .Now it is one of the important content and main hotspot in the global change research, in the same time, the socio-economic driving is the main causation which inducing the land-use change. So taking research on the socio-economic driving ingredients of land-use change is firstly helped to open out the mechanism of land-use change, and then simulate and forecast the future of the land-use. In addition, the driving force for land-use research, analysis of the relationship between them, can also be a policy-making or an important basis for the preparation of planning. Now, China is in the phase of extensive use of resources, including the land , so study on the land-use change from the socio-economic aspect is good for realizing the rapid increase of economic and safeguarding the containable using of land resources.Changes of land-use types have the economic side, this because of the development of society and the shortage of land. By rising land prices, land prices and land use of the dialectical relationship between the increasingly evident. So, with regard to changes in land-use types, we must not overlook the changes of land prices, which not only has theoretical value, but also the reality of important economic significance. The main study contents and corresponding results were as follows:In the Part 1, it gives an introduction of this research's objective, meaning and content, The study methods and sequence for thesis. Set forth the international and domestic cover change, especially on driving force mechanism research progress on of land use change. And we analyze the deficiency of the filed of study.In the Part 2, at first, we analyze the land-use change in Hong Shan area; use A single degree of dynamic and model composite index of land-use for quantitative research. Second, we study on driving factors of land-use of Hong Shan area base on the gray relational analysis method, and discuss the main driving forces.In the Part 3, according to the results of the second part of the data, focusing on the relationship between the driving factors of land prices and land use changes, we can know land prices and land use come to influence each other. At last, we have a small real estate in Hong Shan area.In the Part 4, we_give suggestions about the defect of land use of Hong Shan area.
