The Exploration On Formation Mechanism Of Regional Entrepreneurship And Its Evaluation Method

Entrepreneurial economy has played more and more important role in the regional of economic development, but it displayed various differences in different regions. At present, China's entrepreneurship showed two characteristics in terms of regional level: Firstly, from partial view, there have significant differences in different regions of entrepreneurial activity. Secondly, overall, the entrepreneurial activity has the characteristics of low success rate and low growth. The overall entrepreneurial activity is still in a low level with the entrepreneur of non-innovative and resource consumption. What has led to this, and how can we improve it?Based on the study of related theories, this thesis tries to answer the forementioned questions in the view of regional entrepreneurship which includes the following four aspects.1) Analysis of both the hot issues of current research in the field of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship activities from the perspective of regional entrepreneurship. We also give the definition and features of regional entrepreneurial in this thesis.2)By building the business model of regional entrepreneurial, this thesis gives a comprehensive analysis of the formation mechanism of regional entrepreneurial and the role of various elements in the entrepreneurial process, and also the choice - isolation mechanism, organic - adaptation mechanism and other structural features of he business model.3)Based on business model we construct an evaluation model of regional entrepreneurial. We studied the regional entrepreneurial of 17 cities in Anhui Province with the methods of level analysis and principal component analysis. The results show that, in terms of single-factor between the various parts of the city, there is obvious difference in entrepreneurial opportunities: Hefei, Maanshan, Tongling, Wuhu have more obvious advantages; Hefei, Maanshan, Tongling, Huainan have strong supply capacity, Fuyang , Liuan, Bozhou are weak in supply capacity; Hefei, Wuhu, Chaohu perform well in macro regional entrepreneurial. In the whole, from the entrepreneurial performance in Anhui province, the potential business opportunities are generally weak; the differences between the small entrepreneurs in growth entrepreneurial opportunities are not significant; the resources are not very well allocated; exclusive resources supply capacity is low; conduction entrepreneurial force needs to be improved.4)According to the study of regional entrepreneurial, this thesis gives some suggestions from the scientific, technological investment, college research and financial support to improve the level of regional entrepreneurial.
