Project process management is one of the most important contents of project management. The target of process management is to ensure that the project is fulfilled within the schedule. Therefore, a feasible schedule means too much for the whole project. From 1960s, the critical path and pert method are the famous tools in the project scheduling field. Especially the critical path really created a new era. It provides a new methodology in solving the project controlling and scheduling problems. However, this method also has some weakness, which is less of consideration of the resource restriction, also less of consideration of the systematic character of the whole project. Therefore, although the critical path method indeed got some performance, still because of its weakness, it is not the feasible method for the real project.The professional management professor, Goldratt delivered a new method, called Critical Chain method in 1997, which make up the weakness of critical path. The main idea of Critical Chain is derived from controlling theory. The methodology of Critical Chain Theory is the application in project management. The article is focus on how to utilize the Critical Chain to solve the problem of project process management, and deliver the model of project process management at the first time. Reach in three models effectively, including project scheduling model, buffer management model, project controlling model.This article utilized the Grey Theory to assess the period of the processes and buffer size based on Definite Weighted Functions. Also, focus on how to combine the project schedule with the project control more effectively based on the Critical Chain theory and spirit. Moreover, in the phrase of project implementation, the article gives a new method on how to mange and audit the buffer area based on the Early Warning Mechanism method. Therefore, the article uses both of the others' references and the knowledge of project management to integrate the two phrases, which are project scheduling phrase and project controlling phrase. Also the article complements the content on the method of buffer management and the process details. At the end of the paper, there is an example to instruct the whole process of Critical Chain Project Management.
