As the increasingly fierce market competition, consumer demand is increasinglydiverse, enterprises need to conduct multiple new product development projects to meetthe rapidly changing needs of customers, the enterprise in the management of researchand development projects put forward higher requirements. At present, many large multinational companies’ design and manufacturing centersare decentralized in China or Southeast Asia, which takes cost advantages and thesupply chain supporting relatively sophisticated areas. So companies around how toeffectively configure and manage global resources in research and development, enhancing resources utilization capacity, promoting multi-project management in anorderly manner, is the current number of multinational companies in multiple projectscheduling management needed to solve the problem. Currently, Critical Chaintechnique has the resources to compete for many schedule planning played a significantrole in the project. The method is based on a Critical Resource Constraints, byidentifying the critical chain, set the buffer, to avoid resource conflicts, and the humanfactors for duration estimated not caused projects such as extension, makes the projectmore manageable. This paper points out the method of proposed based on critical chain schedulemanagement technology research and development projects, which is based company Ldeveloped for the study of the progress of research and development projects, on thecompany’s traditional problems, on a critical path method schedule management basedon the analysis. Firstly, it analyses the distribution bottleneck resources L companyresearch projects off-site and other features, by identifying key chain, setting the buffer, upgrading and enhancing corporate project schedule development; finally, it takescomparative analysis of the traditional schedule management, and validates theproposed method based on critical chain multiple project scheduling managementeffectiveness.
