The Research On The Evaluation Methods Of Construction Sustainable Development

At present, sustainable development has become the trends of development trend. As the core industry in the national economy, construction industry plays a vital role in the development of the national economy. But a series of problems that exist in its self-development process has made a devastating impact on the environment during the production process, so following the concept of sustainable development has become an inevitable choice for the industry.For this reason, this paper summarized the previous theoretical study, described the concept of sustainable development and leads to the concept of construction sustainable development. Analyzed and summarized the factors affecting the construction industry for sustainable development, and targeted from the engineering construction industry, enterprises within the industry and services outside the industry to put forward a proposal to promote sustainable development in the construction industry.For the lack of evaluation studies on construction sustainable development, this paper build a construction sustainable development evaluation index system according to the evaluation index system of sustainable development and the characteristics of the construction industry. The evaluation system have two parts, comprehensive development level and system coordination degree, which made the system a comprehensive evaluation system.Using actual data to evaluate the construction sustainable development of L province. The results showed that there is a steady increase in comprehensive development level of construction sustainable development composite system between 1997-2007, showing the good momentum of sustainable development. On the other hand, the overall system of construction sustainable development has yet in the non-coordinated development stage, the development coordination trend apparent only in recent years. Compared with the actual, confirmed the feasibility of the model in this paper.Finally, this paper conducted a reasonable prediction of comprehensive development level of L province, based on the BP neural network combination forecasting model and the evaluation results. Provide a basis for the formulation of construction development policies.
