In recent years, the government has continuously strengthened the supervision of the pharmaceutical industry and medical market. Private medical enterprises become the latecomers which surpass the old-timers even more in the spring tide of market economy. The traditional medicine and marketing enterprise while facing enormous market prospects face more and more intense market competition. For a long time, the performance management foundation of HS Medical Company is weak, the lack of effective performance appraisal system causes that the employees working enthusiasm is not high, the service efficiency is low, and has seriously impacted on the company's competitiveness.Based on the current in HS medical companies facing the plight of the management, this text used the basic theory of modern performance appraisal, analyzed systematically the status of the company's performance appraisal, and revealed many problems of the company's performance appraisal. Against the main problems of the company's performance appraisal, the company's performance appraisal system has been designed by the integrated use of Management By Objectives, KPI, 360-degree performance and other methods, under the principle of combining with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The company's performance appraisal system was designed to construct a fairly complete performance appraisal system, a good foundation for the further development of enterprises has been laid.This text is the preliminary attempt about the construction of performance appraisal system of HS Company, to fill the company's performance appraisal system in the gaps and improve the employees awareness of the performance. It has very important practical significance to improve the performance of company departments and personnel, improve the level of enterprise performance management, and achieve the company's strategic goals. A good foundation for the further development of enterprises has been laid. It helps to find and establish a set of suitable for medical sales and practical significance of performance evaluation methods, provides some references in the reform of medical enterprise performance appraisal.
