The coming of Internet age brings the consumers a expediter way to obtain information. The appearance of electronic commerce accelerate the process of network consumption, which is requiring corporations engaging the research of network marketing, probing into the mentality of network consumers, analyzing the conduct of network consumers, realizing the demands of network consumers, to achieve the profit from network market. Habiliments, fitments and adornments is the most sold genus of merchandise on the network market presently. The quantity of netusers in China now is on the top of the world, exceeded that of America. Besides, China is the main country of habiliments consumption, the requirement of habiliments consumption is continually increasing along with the rapidly economic development, which will lead to a huge potential to open out. Judging from the present and the future, the network marketing of habiliments is a main share in the entire network market. At the meantime that the distribution website like TAOBAO and DangDang coming into people's life, it will be a trend to build a network brand with vendee cognizance.
