With the continuous deepening of telecom reform, the competition of telecommunication market increase fiercely. In such a situation, China TieTong, which has some disadvantage, also need to strengthen the building of a unique corporate culture. Strength of the enterprise culture is useful to build faith, to unity of thinking, to create a good atmosphere, and to enhance cohesion. So it can face the challenges of the market easierly.In this paper, we took the theory of modern corporate culture as the background, and summarized the theory of the origin of the foreign corporate culture and development situation, the domestic practice of the early corporate culture, post-specific application of the corporate culture and the disadvantage of current corporate culture in the Construction. We made a serious analysis about the meaning and contents of the corporate culture and its relationship with corporate management. It is also the city's TieTong to the theoretical basis for the building of enterprise culture. We also analysed various leading telecom operators of the similarities and differences between corporate culture, and Jincheng Branch of the TieTongthree levels of corporate culture and labor workers in this group the contents of the construction of enterprise culture, and promoted a comprehensive summary of results of analysis, and made policy proposals for Jincheng TieTong for future construction of the corporate culture.We Hope this thesis research can provide information and reference to TieTong companies in other cities to do the building of enterprise culture and enhance the overall competitiveness of the company. |
