The Research On Space Layout Of Characteristic Economy In Wenshan

Nowadays, as development of Chinese economy tends to be faster, there also exist some striking problems such as gradual regional disparities in economic development and tendency towards convergence in industrial structure. How to develop economy with distinguishing characteristic in ethnic region of border is concerned with a total comparatively high standard of living, the construction of harmonious society and the important political issue regarding the stability in border areas and ethnic unity. Economy with distinguishing characteristic as a new idea to optimize industrial structure and narrow regional disparities in economic development has aroused great concern among personalities from all walks of life. To explore economy with distinguishing characteristic and its space distribution in Wenshan Prefecture has its own significance in theory and practice.The thesis consists of six parts.The first part introduces the background knowledge, purpose and significance of the thesis; sums up and reviews domestic and foreign researches on economy with distinguishing characteristic; raises the research methodology applied in the thesis.The second part presents the connotation and basic characteristic of regional economy with distinguishing characteristic, further analyzes and comments on theoretical basis concerning developing economy with distinguishing characteristic, which lays theoretical foundation for the research in the thesis.The third part systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing economy with distinguishing characteristic and reveals less developed characteristic of economy in Wenshan Prefecture through comments on economic structureThe fourth part applies both qualitative and quantitative methodology, constructs the indicator system to identify industry with distinguishing characteristic on the basis of characteristic of industry with distinguishing characteristic, employs analysis of main components and at last identify industry with distinguishing characteristic in Wenshan Prefecture.The fifth part states the space distribution of industry with distinguishing characteristic according to regularity of regional variety and disparity in economy, which is based on the analysis of the developing pattern of economy with distinguishing characteristic, and further puts forward specific measures directed against the development of economy with distinguishing characteristic in Wenshan Prefecture.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusion and presents the questions for further researches.
