| The characteristic agricultural construction is the only way to balance urban and rural development,transform the mode of agricultural development and adjust agricultural economic structure,which plays a significant role in promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy.Honghe Prefecture,located in the south of Yunnan province,is a big autonomous prefecture with traditional agriculture.Honghe Prefecture with various kinds of sources provides the superior natural conditions for the development of plateau characteristic agriculture.The problems Honghe Prefecture has to face and solve for developing plateau characteristic agriculture are how to select the industry with characteristic agriculture,how to optimize the industrial layout,and what measures should be taken to transform the traditional mode of agricultural development in order to accelerate the characteristic agricultural development.Thus,it is practically significant for Honghe Prefecture to carry out the strategic study of plateau characteristic agriculture development.This paper is to carry out a study on how to develop plateau characteristic agriculture combining strategic management's applying with the reality of Honghe Prefecture and discuss the development countermeasures of plateau characteristic agriculture construction in the frontier minority areas under the background of new domestic and foreign situation.Moreover,it puts forward the corresponding development strategies and suggestions,based on summarizing the advantages and obstacles of developing plateau characteristic agriculture of Honghe Prefecture;analyzing the current agricultural situation of Honghe Prefecture and its development potentials and carrying out the comparative study on the characteristic agriculture construction and development modes in different areas.Finally,the paper is expected to provide some theoretical reference and practical support for the development of plateau characteristic agriculture of Honghe Prefecture. |
