A Study On The Development Path Of Characteristic Agriculture In Mountainous Area Taking Xiangxi Prefecture As An Example

Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is a backward area of economic development in Hunan province,and poverty alleviation is particularly arduous.The development of characteristic agriculture is one of the important ways to promote the development of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,the unique natural ecological environment and long humanities history of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture provide the foundation for the development of characteristic agriculture,while the support of government at all levels provides a powerful impetus for the development of characteristic agriculture.Therefore,speeding up the development of characteristic agriculture in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is the important work of the current government.The development of characteristic agriculture in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has made great achievements in recent years,but it also has many problems.Based on the thorough investigation of characteristic agriculture in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and the typical cases of characteristic agriculture development at home and abroad,this paper makes use of modern economy and management theory,adopts inductive method and comparative analysis method,and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the development path of characteristic agriculture in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.Specifically,the main content of this article consists of six parts:(1)Introduction.It mainly includes the background,significance,research methods and research ideas of this research.(2)Basic concepts and theoretical basis.This paper mainly defines the basic concepts involved in the research institute,and also combs the basic theories involved in this study.(3)The present situation of characteristic agriculture development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is analyzed,,including four aspects of development advantages,disadvantages,risks and threats,and the strategy of "growth type" and"twist type" is determined to be the basic strategy for the development of characteristic agriculture in Xiangxi mountain area;(4)the advanced areas of domestic and foreign agricultural development characteristics are analyzed,including Japan,Taiwan and Chongqing in Fuling,on the development of characteristic agriculture in these areas are summarized,with important reference significance of these experiences for the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture characteristic agriculture development;(5)The specific target,principle and train of thought of characteristic agriculture development in Xiangxi mountainous area are put forward."Government planning as a supplement,market-oriented,sustainable development,farmers get rid of poverty" is the basic principle of its development;"industrial integration,focus on the development of superior products,extend the industrial chain,brand building,moderate scale operation" as the main idea of its development;(6)put forward specific proposals and measures for the development of characteristic agriculture in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.These specific suggestions include strengthening the government's macro planning and guidance,improving the content of science and technology and modernization,strengthening the organization degree of farmers,and increasing the government policy support...
