The Research Of Suppliers Performance Measurement System On Aircraft Manufacturing Industry

Aircraft manufactory industry is a hallmark of the national development which is a backbone industry of the national product. An Aircraft is a very complicated, special,combinational product which consists of around 6 million parts provided with different manufactories. Every aircraft group has a hugh amount of part providers whose performance directly affect the final products. The evaluation and selection of the providers has become the most focused strategy in the aircraft manufactory domain.This thesis studies the evalution,selection of the aircraft manufactory supplier, staring from the analysis of the current situation of aircraft manufactory supply chain and management, coming to a conclusion of the drawbacks of the current supplier evaluation system and proposed a strategy of the managing suppliers categorically and explained the detailed classification method. Moreover, this thesis chose to use the BSC method to evaluate the aircraft manufactory suppliers in four facets: finance, customer, internal affairs, R&D. A evaluation systerm is consructed based on the BSC evaluation system with the meaning of the evaluation and assession of the method been explicitly illustrated. Last but not the least, this thesis goes into the discussion of the index weighted method, proposed using the weights factor method to decide the weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to chose the right suppuliers. Last, recommended the necessary conditions to carry on the new evaluation method.
