Research On The Knowledge Sharing In Engineering Cost Consultation Enterprise

In recent years, the output value of the engineering cost consultation industry in our country has increased year by year. Moreover, because the development mode of the engineering construction field transforms from the bold type to the delicacy management gradually, the role of the engineering cost consultation enterprises is highlighted increasingly. However, as a typical knowledge-based project type organization, the knowledge management of the engineering cost consultation enterprises has a far-reaching influence to the enterprise. However, the core of the knowledge management——the knowledge sharing does not attract the enough attention in the existing research, and it is often researched in the big frame of the knowledge management, and moreover, it does not combine the business features of the engineering cost consultation enterprise.This paper takes the engineering cost consultation enterprise as the research object, and tries to find out the influence factors of engineering cost consultation enterprises'knowledge sharing. On this basis, this paper puts forward the relative countermeasures of promoting the knowledge sharing. Firstly, this paper summarizes the existing theoretical research of the knowledge sharing and the characteristics of the engineering cost consultation enterprises, and it puts forward the theoretical framework of the engineering cost consultation enterprises' knowledge sharing influence factors from four dimensions:the knowledge sharing object, the knowledge sharing subject, the relationship between the subject and object, and the knowledge sharing environment. Then, it applies the knowledge dissemination model in the complex network theory into this research, and based on the analysis to the knowledge dissemination model, it concludes the factors of influencing the knowledge dissemination. Based on combing the theoretical research and knowledge dissemination model analysis, this paper puts forward the research conceptual model and research hypothesis of the engineering cost consultation enterprises' knowledge sharing; taking Jiangsu province as the empirical study area, it acquires the sample data through the issuance of the questionnaire; carrying out the validation analysis by taking the sample data into the structural equation model, and according to the standardized path coefficient outputted by the model, it can be known that the knowledge sharing subject has the biggest influence to the sharing behavior, and the influence effect of other three aspects also can not be ignored. In addition, the region, personal characteristic and enterprise characteristic of the investigated object will also influence the engineering cost consultation enterprises'knowledge sharing to some extent.Lastly, according to the result of the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures of improving engineering cost consultation enterprises'knowledge sharing level from four dimensions of the knowledge sharing object, the knowledge sharing subject, the relationship between the subject and object, and the knowledge sharing environment.
