A Study On The Employment Effects Of Real Estate Investment In China

In recent years, the employment situation is grim have been a major problem what China's economic and social development is facing. Our country has been to solve the employment problem as one of the focus of government work. In the development of the economy while promoting employment growth is a prerequisite and important tasks of building a socialist harmonious society. Since 1978, the reform and opening up, China's real estate industry developed rapidly, has become a pillar industry of national economy. The rapid growth of real estate investment over the years to promote the development of national economy, also contributed to employment growth. This article reviews the effects on employment of foreign literature, as well as China's tertiary industry and real estate on the employment effects of the main achievements of the earlier research in the reference and research methods based on the actual situation of employment in China, the employment effects of real estate investment in China has been studied. Using logical reasoning methods of theoretical analysis and using econometric methods of empirical analysis, trying to figure out the employment effects of real estate investment mechanisms, to identify the employment effects of increased real estate investment ways and means to address the reality of our country of employment.The article is divided into five parts:Chapter 1:"Introduction". Explain the background of the major paper topics, topics significance, literature review and research paper ideas and research methods. Chapter 2:"Real estate investment and employment relations." Of real estate investment properties and influencing factors are analyzed, from a theoretical point of view of the real estate investment and employment, to analyze the relationship. Chapter 3: "Real estate investment effect of the empirical analysis." From the empirical point of view of the employment effects of investment in real estate is analyzed, followed by correlation analysis, cointegration, error correction model analysis, the employment effect model of real estate investment and employment effects with some other industries were compared. Chapter 4:"The main problem facing the real estate investment." To promote the healthy development of real estate and to play the employment effects of real estate investment, the article made recommendations in four areas:First, to maintain a steady growth in housing construction and vacant commercial housing area, and inhibition of digestive housing prices combined work. Second, to further deepen the reform of housing system, and improve the social security system, putting the potential demand into real estate needs. Third, improve the legal environment, and strengthen macroeconomic control, providing legal guarantee for the healthy of the real estate industry. Fourth, according to market demand, optimize the investment structure to ensure the quality of real estate products.
