Therefore in the process of how to motivate employees compensation system, plays an important role. How to design and build a scientific and reasonable, accord with the actual demand of enterprises and compensation system for all the enterprises, with all my heart, is a very important subject. This paper uses an MBA knowledge theory and method to study and practice, analyzes TaiHang compensation old system, puts forward using the theoretical knowledge and last flexiblyies conform to the actual salary of TaiHang company reforms.Shanxi Taihang Real-estate Company (hereinafter abbreviation the "Taihang Company"), is a large Enterprise group of architectural construction, property management, exploration and design, mechanical and electrical installation, decoration for the integration of. Based on the design project of the company pay much for research object, the combination of theory and practice in order to pay system company problem analysis, discussion and system for reconstruction.This paper will be divided into five parts. Based on the theory of salary and compensation system, this paper probes into the back part of the design for operation laid a foundation, The third part analysis the salary administration order, find out the existing problems, only to find problems can suit the remedy to the case to seek solutions, The fourth part is the key,through guiding salary theory,combining theoretical guidance according to the current of TaiHang Company.lt will help the company to attract and retain talents to seize the opportunity, and the rapid development of enterprise, The fifth part is the salary system in practice to implement measures to ensure fair compensation scheme, norms, effective and smooth implementation.The author as a member of the company salary design team, fully participates in the whole compensation management system design work. Based on the company former salary system problems, combining the design theory and method of the salary and salary system,designs a set of order for company development status of salary management system.Due to various aspects, the new salary system in TaiHang Company local area, running time is not enough, the compensation system of inadequate short-term hasn't completely may be exposed, the subsequent work remains to be perfect.
