Human resources management major function module provides services, such as promoting enterprise organization structure of the system, or process, analysis, design, researchers work planning, recruitment, employment, training and development, incentive, salary and employee relationship management, etc.China is regarded as the first world luxury consumption, due to its advantages of big, market prospect future population estimate, not a luxury consumption is the beauty industry is one of the most people "the beauty economy" is forecast for the real estate, automobiles, electronic communication and travel after the "fifth consumption hotspot," the industry development prospects of inestimable.This article from the present situation of human resource management of beauty salon, combined with beauty salon management present situation and the industry development needs, first find beauty salon in human resource management compensation system deficiencies, and according to remuneration management system design and create principle, combining beauty salon industry development needs, find beauty salon current compensation system design and application of existing problems and insufficient place, to beauty salon compensation system design and application status of a clear understanding.At the same time, through sampling analysis and case analysis to find design for beauty salon industry development needs of various assessment indexes compensation system and the operation, control flow, to beauty salon’s salary management, the countermeasures for thinning of the salary management system in the salon in human resources management using analyzed and illustrated, and clarifies the human resources management compensation system for beauty salon management and the importance of practical significance.This study using remuneration management system theory and combining with present beauty salon salary management situation analysis.
