Evaluation Research On Land Use Coordinated Development In Zaoyang

With the rapid social and economic development, utilization of land resources gradually increases. While enhancing social and economic benefits of land use, human-land conflict have become increasingly prominent day by day, so that there is a worsening trend in the ecological environment, which threats land resources rationally and effectively use. By means of the analysis on economic and environmental coordinated development in environmental economics, combined with coordination theorey, this article carries out evaluation research on land use coordinated development, so as to coordinate and adjust the relationship between land use social and economic development and land use the ecological environment.The article begins with a brief analysis of the background and significance of the evaluation research on land use coordinated development, which reviews relevant research results and progress home and abroad in order to provide a general direction for this study.Secondly, based on the basic concept of land use coordinated development, this paper defines the fundamental concept of land use coordinated development differentiation strategy, and analyses the relationship between land use coordinated development and land-use planning, and then studies the basic theory, such as environmental economics theory, ecological economics theory, sustainable development theory, systematic theory and synergetic theory.Thirdly, this part studies on evaluation methods of land use coordinated development. It determines the purpose, which is to promote land use coordinated development. It forms thoughts of evaluation research on land use coordinated development index system and the method of weight calculation. This article establishes the model of three subsystems land use coordination degree and amplifies the process of its derivation to direct the applications of evaluation research.Fourthly, it conducts evaluation research on land use coordinated development in Zaoyang. Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and the method described in chapter three, this part analyses land use coordination degree and potention degree of the land use complex system in Zaoyang, and evaluates synthetically the level of coordinated development and in each evaluation unit.Fifthly, it puts forward land use coordinated development differentiation strategy for Zaoyang. With cluster analysis, the fifth chapter classifies evaluation units in coordinated development degree. Integrating coordination degree and potention degree measured for study area, it offers land use coordinated development differentiation strategy, and makes use of GIS to reflet intuitionally spatial distribution of evaluation units in separate strategic region.
