Research Based On Peasants Stratum Differentiation Under The Perspective Of Yiyuan County Rural Land Circulation

The fa rmer social strat um different ia tion is a new phenomenon in recent yea rs, which ca nnot be ignored in rura l society. And the researchers who studied on the fa rmer social s tratum differentia ti on now a re mostly sociologists, they did not notice the effect of the farm ers differentiation on peasa nt household property. Farmers differentiation in economic,s ocial a nd political st atus will inevitably lead to their reliance on land, ha ve different preferen ces on the rural land syst em arrangement. There are also signi ficant differences on cognitive value of the la nd. On the problem of r ural land, farmers should be treated differently accordi ng to the characteristics of different sectors of the fa rmers and t heir choice preference. We should achieve the scale a nd the intensi fication of agri cult ural production, play t he advant ages of the economics of scale i n agriculture and technology economy. Besides, we should als o acceler ate the transfer of rura l labor force, and promote the reasonable di fferentiation of the peasa nt class. This study will explore the role and mechani sm of class di fferentiation in the form of fa rmers in rural land circulation, a nd to expand the em pirical a nalysi s Yi yu an targeted for rural land circulation of policy recommenda tions.Firstly, t he Yiyu an Count y farmers’ division and it s influencing factors were a nalyzed,and from t he horizon ta l(Occupa tional di fferentiation) differenti ati on, vertical(income differentiation) as well as ot her aspects of social and politi cal status of the theory of deconstruct ion. And we discusses the fact ors peasant class differentiation. Secondly, the invest iga tion of the Yiyuan rural land situation, the content and form of the tra nsfer of land to analyze and define, determi ne land tra nsfer Yiyua n trend, proved t he ex istence of problems in the tra nsfer process. Thirdly, we make full use of behavioral choice theory, the results of theoretical anal ysis fra m ework of collective action theory and social strat ification theor y. And we discuss the form of farmers’ divi sion occupational different ia tion,differentiation and political polariza tion and other income for the promotion of the role and constraints of the role of rura l land. Als o we sum marize the Yiyua n peas ant class differentiation mecha nism of action of Rural La nd Ci rcula tion. Fourthly, according to the theoretical front peasantry carried differentiated analysis of select ed sample a reas related t o farm ers’ divis ion and la nd transfer s urvey, the use of 904 vali d quest ionnaires, through empirical anal ysis statistical analysis and Logit r egress ion models, quant itative study offarm ers Stra tificat ion and land tra nsfer behavior, dra w a series of concl usions. Finally, in order t o promote the transfer of agricultur al land, and protect the rights and i nterests of farm ers’, we put forward the policy measures on the basis of the previous t ext.
