Present Situation And Development Forecast Of Agricultural Mechanization In Shanxi Province

With issued "the proposal of the State Council on the promotion of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery industry development faster and better " by the State Council in2010,on October18at the fifth plenary meeting of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China it passed the " recommendations of CPC Central Committee on national Economic and social Development in the Twelfth five-Year plans ", and it proposed that accelerating agricultural mechanization,make the agricultural mechanization playing a more important role in rural economy,especially in the development of modern agriculture,take the way of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Shanxi is the birthplace of our farming culture,but also one of the ancient agricultural areas at the Yellow River. In156,000square kilometers of this area,the hills and mountains take70%. The arid land takes70%of the arable land,and most of them are low-yielding fields.As such adverse natural conditions,increasing the effective supply of agricultural products and increasing farmers’income has become a center work of the provincial government. Improve conditions of agricultural production,promote sustainable development of agricultural and rural economy,and put the agriculture in an important strategic position. As the particular situation in Shanxi province,improving the level of farm machinery and equipment,improving agricultural production conditions already become the urgent needs of the rapid development of agriculture.This paper is researching the present situation of agricultural mechanization in Shanxi Province,focusing on the situation of agricultural development,referencing lessons learned and research achievements of agricultural mechanization development at home and abroad,in-depth analyzing elements of the development of agricultural mechanization in Shanxi,using a variety of research and analytical methods,proposing specific measures and development strategies. This paper also provides references for Shanxi agricultural mechanization in the5to10years,particularly implements agricultural development of "the Twelfth five-Year plans",and produces practical guiding significance as strong as possible.
