In this paper, on the basis of market research, the tourists'action theory is applied to regional development study. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the tourism resources and tourism development of Shijiazhuang, and makes the tourism development policies, basis on the analysis of tourists of Shijiazhuang. In addition, Shijiazhuang is located in Beijing; Tianjin over the two major metropolitan areas, its location is unique. In practice, this paper is drawing inspiration and meaning on the other tube of the Beijing-Tianjin city tourism development, by the significance the adoption of the region. For the subject characteristics, this paper uses statistical analysis, comparative analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis of a combination of research methods.First, this paper relates to domestic and foreign tourists, as well as regional tourism development of the status quo, related to basic theories were reviewed for the research behind the theory and provide a method of background.Second, this paper analysts the tourism development of Shijiazhuang. Of Shijiazhuang, Beijing, Tianjin, the development of the tourism industry were compared. Using cluster analysis corporate the major international customers of Shijiazhuang, Beijing and Tianjin.Third, the sample survey and analyze the results of the sample survey. Through a questionnaire survey of local trips were Shijiazhuang residents and visitors to the tourist-information act. This Uses the data of ANOVA analyze, and obtaining a travel behavior characteristic of Shijiazhuang tourists.Finally, accordingly to Shijiazhuang tourism development and the results of research upward, the paper proposes measures to promote the tourism of Shijiazhuang in health and sustainable development.
