Regional Differences And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Tourism In Sichuan Province

On the basis of extensive research in the regional differences theories and differences in the development of tourism. This paper analyzed and summarized the tourism resources in Sichuan Province. And Preliminary study to Sichuan tourism development problems that exist in the current. Based on this reached, depth analysis that whether there are some regional differences on the tourism development in Sichuan Province, then analysis the reasons for the differences.First of all, this paper selects the factor analysis and cluster analysis to analysis the development of tourism in Sichuan, then give comprehensive evaluation. Use SPSS software to reduced dimensionality for18variables. And extracted three common factors:Tourism scale factor which reflects the size of the tourism industry in Sichuan Province、Tourism growth factor which reflects the pace of development of tourism、Inbound tourism growth factor which reflects the scale of foreign tourists and the growth rate.Secondly, on the basis of factor analysis, use the three common factors as an indicator of regional differences in tourism development, and use SPSS software to do the luster analysis. Through cluster analysis, the development of tourism in Sichuan Province is divided into four regions.Finally, according to the results of factor analysis and cluster analysis, Analysis of the factors which causes of regional differences in the tourism industry in Sichuan Province, and conducted a multivariate regression analysis. With the results of the regression analysis, worked out a narrow regional differences in tourism policy recommendations.
