Sichuan is a province with rich tourism resources and its three-kingdoms culture tourist resources are rich and high-quality. Sichuan's three-kingdoms culture tourism has experienced tourism developments twice, but it had not been accepted by the tourism market, the fundamental reason is the lack of effective integration of the tourism resources. In recent years, with the steady development of Japan and South Korea inbound tourism market, Sichuan Province is working hard to develop and design three-kingdoms culture tourist routes to meet the needs of Japanese and South Korean tourists, attract more tourists and open inbound tourism markets further. So this study of Japanese and South Korean tourists'behavioral characteristics for three-kingdoms culture tourism is very necessary and timely, also is very useful for the tourism developers to develop tourism products in line with the needs of tourists and draw up tourism marketing plans, for the tourism operators to provide satisfactory service and gain more economic benefits, for the managers to plan and construct the destinations of three-kingdoms culture tourism more reasonable, for Sichuan Province to expand inbound tourism market, increase tourism revenues and Sichuan tourism's visibility and influence, etc. This paper is composed of five chapters as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction. This section introduces this study's background and significance, defines the related concepts and the scope of the study areas and introduces this study's basic ideas, methods and innovation. Chapter 2: Summary of behavior characteristics of tourists'studies and theoretical basis. This section reviews and comments the related documents of domestic and foreign behavior characteristics of tourists'studies, from the perspective of tourism consumer behavior, cross-cultural tourist behavior and space flows'characteristics of tourists etc to build the theoretical basis for this paper.Chapter 3: This section takes the survey on three-kingdoms culture tourist route for Japanese and South Korean tourists in Sichuan Province as an example, uses statistical software for data processing, from the perspective of tourism consumer behavior, cross-cultural tourist behavior and space flows of tourists to analysis the Japanese and South Korean tourists'choice behavior for three-kingdoms culture tourism products and reaches a conclusion at last.Chapter 4: This section based on the analysis of the basic information about Sichuan three-kingdoms culture tourism resources, from seven aspects, development localization, tourist route development, transportation, environmental construction, tourist service, marketing, tourism cooperation, obtains the inspires for the development of the three-kingdoms culture tourism products in Sichuan.Chapter 5: This paper's summary, obtains the main conclusions of this paper and proposes research questions for future study.
