In addition to the reduction of materials consumption (the first source of enterprise profit) and the improvement of labor productivity (the second source of enterprise profit), logistics has become the third source of enterprise profit and it pay an important attention in enterprises'daily operation and management. So, effective logistics enterprises performance evaluation and analysis has a realistic meaning to correctly distinguish the logistics enterprise actual operation level, comprehensively supervise and control enterprise resources, rational distribute enterprises'resources and improve enterprises'core competitiveness. At the same time, the continuous development of logistics theory and practice of the deepening of the logistics objectively call for the establishment of the reasonable logistics enterprise performance evaluation index system and performance evaluation methods to scientifically and objectively reflect the operations of logistics enterprises. Based on this, this paper studied the logistics enterprise performance evaluation, researches in the following areas:(1) Logistics enterprise evaluation performance index system: analyzed the domestic logistics corporations based on principal component analysis and integrated a logistics company performance evaluation comprehensive index system.(2) Improved the logistics enterprise performance evaluation method: Based on the idea of entropy: the smaller the information entropy indicators, the greater the information the indicators provided and the higher its weight should be. Constructed the improved CCR model with information entropy weight constraints and applied it to the listed logistics enterprises evaluation, put forward a more objective logistics enterprises evaluation method.(3) Example analysis: Evaluated 15 listed logistics corporations by improved data envelopment analysis (DEA) model. The example analysis included the DEA relative efficiency analysis, scale effectiveness analysis, perspective analysis, input redundancy ratio and output inefficiency ratio analysis. Evaluated the technical efficiency or scale efficiency of the 15 listed logistics corporations according to the production frontier; gave the reference corporations and improved weight and established the optimization solution for the ineffective enterprises.
