An Empirical Research On The Relationship Between China's Listed Realty Company Corporate Performance And Govern Structure

Form the demonstration, this paper is on the foundation of relative foreign theory and certain research fruit of the inner scholars, and brings forward correlative reference frame for Consummating listed realty company govern structure. After analyzing the relationship between china's listed realty company corporate performance and govern structure。This paper selects A-shares of listed realty company in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007 as the research object. Data come from CSMAR Database of GTA Information Technology Co.,Ltd,Wind of Financial Database in China,Official Website of China Securities Regulatory Commission, cninf Database of Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd and the financial statements of listed companies and so on. Eventually, we get 59 sample data. SPSS 13.0 is used to carry out bivariate and regression analysis。Through studying, this text piblishes the following conclusion:the first,the relationship between Stockholder's rights structure and the corporate performance:there is positive relationship between GD12 and ROE;there is positive relationship between GD15and ROE. The second,the relationship between Board of directors and the corporate performance:there is negtive relationship between N and ROE;there is positive relationship between Rand ROE;there is negtive relationship between CEO and ROE;the third,the relationship between company executives compensations and the corporate performance;there is positive relationship between M3and ROE;there is negtive relationship between M5and ROE.An Empirical Study of the final conclusions of this paper, we propose relativemeasures from government and listed companies. Relative measures from government:On the one hand the request government establishes the perfect correlation the legal laws and regulations,the other hand cultivating the qualified organization stockers vigorously.Relative measures from listed companies:strengthen the board of directors responsibility,display independent trustee's function fully,designs the reasonable management level drive system,forms the reasonable effective government structure.
