In recent years ,as the rapidly development of red tourism in our country, each red tourist area take founds of National Day, Communist Party Day and so on as a turning point, develops red tourism, and also positively develops the developing market space in the non-commemoration day. The rise of red tourism, promotes the development of cultural product which belongs to the red tourism. The process of development intended to turn the potential resources into the real industrial product and lead the direction of this industry.Linyi City is a famous old revolutionary area. In the long revolutionary war, there are a large number of Revolutionary War sites, historical sites and revolutionary memorial. It riches in red tourism resources, moreover, the resources concentrate in an area. Under the guidance of the policy about developing the red tourism, Linyi City uses its own rich cultural resources of the Red Tourism and social forces to develop the red Tourism products. But the development of red Tourism products is a great project, we can't only pay attention to the current interest, further more, we should focus on its long-term development.The system analysis of the paper is based on the present situation that is the current development of red traveling culture resource. Using the cultural industry theory, the experience economic theory, travels the sustainable development theory, agglomeration theory, the localization theory and so on as a guiding theory, through carries on the analysis and the product appraisal to the Linyi red traveling cultural product's source of tourists market, the development of red tourism cultural products in the short-term positioning in the domestic and Asian routes, the European offshore markets on the basis of advocacy for the red Tourism and Culture the subject of a variety of activities, highlighting the red revolution in education and tourism experience, realizing the red tourism for sustainable development of cultural products, additionally, proposing the strategy to developing Linyi red travel culture products. In this paper, the course of the study hope that the city of Linyi red tourism development of cultural products play a role in promoting hope in Linyi City tourism and cultural products of the red, red tourism in the country get a firm foothold, and to red tourism as an opportunity to promote the city and even the whole the overall development of the provincial tourism industry.
