This is an empirical study on the development of cultural tourism products from the perspective of tourism gaze.The research site is located in Charybdis Village,Quanzhou,the estuary of the Maritime Silk Road.The villagers of Charybdis are engaged in fishing.Charybdis is known as one of the three largest fishermen in Fujian.Although it is far less well-known than Hui’an women and Meizhou women,Charybdis’unique dwellings,costumes,headwear,folk customs,and kinship relationships have still aroused the research interest of many scholars in recent years.Charybdis’women,oyster shell houses,and hairpin enclosures have also received more attention with the exposure of self media pictures,audio and video.Culture and tourism influence and promote each other[1].It is a cultural dialogue and exchange between"tourists and hosts",which is reflected in the leisure consumption of cultural products by the public and the folk.The development of cultural tourism products is particularly important.Travelers are happy to experience the connotation of culture through tourism,feel the local culture in tourism,and feel the charm of tourism in local culture.In combination with the work tasks determined in the 13th Five Year Plan for the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in Quanzhou,Fujian Province,Quanzhou,taking advantage of the east wind of world heritage declaration,actively promotes the integration of the work of intangible cultural heritage in the west of the sea into the rural revitalization strategy.In this context,the development of cultural tourism products in Charybdis Pu Village needs new ideas and new measures.Only then can we start a new situation.This paper mainly uses the tourist gaze theory.Based on the research of relevant literature,through literature analysis,in-depth interviews,questionnaires,induction and deduction methods,the collected data is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the structure and behavioral characteristics of cultural tourism customers in Charybdis,Charybdis cultural tourism market is divided,In view of the positioning of the subdivided tourism market of different tourist sources,this paper discusses the innovative development and design of cultural tourism products in Charybdis Pucun Village,which can be developed from the aspects of headwear,clothing,dwellings,food development and belief.It systematically discusses the development status and existing problems of cultural tourism products in Charybdis Pucun Village,and suggests that the museum model,festival model and integrated model should be selected for development,At the same time,it points out the operable development suggestions for the assurance system of the innovative development of cultural tourism products in Charybdis Pucun.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter,introduction,mainly introduces the background of this topic,leads to the research questions,and then makes an overview statement of the research questions.It expounds the theoretical and practical significance of theoretical research;And a preliminary literature review of the core concepts extracted.The research method,process and technical route are briefly reported.The second chapter is the basic theoretical analysis of the topic.It focuses on the analysis of the application of gaze theory in cultural tourism product development scenarios.The aim is to put the staring theory into a situation that can be explained and applied one by one.First of all,it briefly introduced the basic connotation and application of the staring theory.Based on the superficial understanding of the staring theory,combined with the actual research topic,it proposed a comparative analysis of the staring content,focusing on the tourists’cognition and construction of Charybdis’symbolic gaze.It provides more theoretical support for the derivation of Chapter 3.The third chapter,Charybdis Pu Village cultural tourism product development status.The basic situation of the case studied in this paper was introduced.Through field research and interviews,the development status of cultural tourism products in Charybdis Pu Village was deeply understood.The characteristics of Charybdis Pu cultural tourism products were specifically analyzed from the perspective of tourism demand market,tourist behavior characteristics,and target customer market segmentation.The fourth chapter,after the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Charybdis cultural tourism product development,the researchers made an analysis of the adaptation path of Charybdis cultural tourism product development.It is interpreted from three aspects of"mode,strategy and guarantee".And"stared"at Charybdis cultural tourism products.It is concluded that Charybdis Pu cultural products have three most essential characteristics:experience,participation and authenticity.The development of Charybdis Pu village cultural tourism products is an effective path for the living protection of intangible cultural heritage.Chapter five,conclusion and prospect.It summarizes the conclusions of this study,points out the limitations and shortcomings of this study,and makes prospects for future research.
