Research On The Development Of Urban-rural Tourism Industrial Cluster In Shanghai

In the early nineties of the twentieth century Shanghai Urban-rural Tourism has aroused great concern of the society. With the development of Shanghai Urban-rural tourism,an increasing number of rural tourist spots gradually rise,Corresponding travel-related industries have gradually developed. Shanghai Urban-rural tourism industry gradually improved, an initial model of shanghai urban-rural tourism industrial clusters has appeared. This article tries to analyze the development of the Shanghai Urban-rural tourism from the perspective of industry cluster. It is an important theoretical and practical significance to the development of Shanghai Urban-rural tourism.This article is supported by three aspects primarily in conclusion:First,the paper has analyzed the basic concepts of the Urban-rural tourism and the industry cluster of the Urban-rural tourism. Based on the research of theory of Urban-rural tourism and tourism industry cluster both home and abroad , this paper sums up the general theory of Urban-rural tourism and Urban-rural tourism industry cluster.Second,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of the Shanghai Urban-rural tourism industry cluster from four factors below :the Shanghai Urban-rural tourism brand building , improving the competitiveness of rural tourism industry, solving the "tragedy of the commons" problem , promoting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises ,and analyzes the necessity of the development of the Shanghai Urban-rural tourism industry cluster from five factors below : advantage of the location ,concentration of resources,market demand,accessibility and the environment of tourism industry cluster .Third,the focus of the content of this article is the research of the industry cluster development of Shanghai Urban-rural tourism. Based on the development Status of Shanghai Urban-rural tourism and the Website survey results,we will find the tourist attractions that have big markets,around the important tourist attractions we divide four big Urban-rural tourism industrial cluster colonies,and then propose the development plan for the four big Urban-rural tourism industrial cluster colonies. On the research of their Component elements,developing process and product characteristic. We put forward the other helpful strategies of the Urban-rural tourism industry cluster development of Shanghai.
