Determination Of Shanghai Urban Agriculture Tourism And Feature Identification

Since the 90s of the 20th century, urban agritourism is developing rapidly in Shanghai, while the spatial structure and the industry chain trend to be more reasonable, gradually forming Industrial scale. In fact, the properties of urban agritourism in Shanghai, including"Industry cluster"and"Industry chain", and the specialization exsited, constitute the condition of forming industry cluster.By conforming to the trend of development of urban agritourism in Shanghai, this thesis is trying to construct the determination methods and standards, which can be used to evaluate industry cluster. Further characteristics identification can be made according to the results of the evaluation, which can be helpful to propose the optimization policy of industrial cluster in tourism of Shanghai, referring both to the significance in theory and practice.Two main problems are discussed in this essey:Fistly, certified methods about the agritourism industy clusters are discussed and summarized, through doing the research of agritourism both in China and aborad, cooperating with the characteristic of Chinese agritourism. With using this mothod, a conclusion that 7 agtitourism clusters existing in Shanghai, mainly locates in north and south parts.Secondly, this essay identifies Shanghai urban agriculturel tourism industry cluster characteristic, which can be divided into two parts, the competitiveness of industrial clusters and the industrial cluster characteristic. Detailed identification constitutes of six indexes, including government, resources, infrastructure, market, enterprises, and related ancillary industry within the revised GEM model. Economic analyzing methods contain industry diversity index, grey the industry strcture and SSM model are also used in the discriminating process.As a conclusion, this essay attempts to find out the optimization tactics in macroscopic aspect of industry cluster of urban agritourism in Shanghai, w to provide support and help for Shanghai urban agricultural tourism industry cluster.
