Research On Distribution Management Of DSIC Hull Subsection Building

Logistics has received a lot of attention and been attached much importance in China since the beginning of 1980s. Circulation practice since 1990s has proved distribution is a kind of good logistics, result in Distribution Center set up in many cities and the distribution get a great development. The new circulation mode has improved circulation efficiency and provided faster and more convenient service for the consumers, distributing imperative products for production enterprises by delivering goods to the enterprises' door. However, the causes of our country's low informationization level and network and transportation basic establishments in arrears lead the logistics's bad development.The idea of respecting manufacturing while belittling circulation and respecting commerce-flow but belittling logistics has come into being for a long time in production course of enterprises. Distribution's development is not so mature that varieties of abuses and problems existing in management are in dire need of to be settled.In this text, a synopsis of DSIC's survey and some problems, the entire system not able to cooperate with design and production scheme management system without distribution module existing in its logistics system, which only put its emphases on solving material account books but without practicality-flow's management, is firstly introduced. Then shipping's fabrication craftwork process is explained, which is virtually an assembling course encircling hull subsection's production. There are two important enterprise logistics taches in subsection's production course, which are different from other corporations but owned by the dockyards, that is the finished-product-steel's distribution and subsection's turnover.Secondly,the finished-product-steel's distribution and subsection's turnover are emphasized. There are problems existing in the finished-product-steel's distribution: inconsequent workshop and establishment's layout, improper equipments' choice and unbalanceed scale of loading and unloading waiting time and transportation time so on, There are also problems existing in the subsection's turnover: not detailed transfer plan, much too man-made factors, confused stacking ground, too many empty-drive vehicles and repeat exercise so on.Ultimately some solutions are found utilizing logistics and production-working management knowledge.(1) For the finished-product-steel's distribution, rolled-steel-processing Distribution Center should be established, distribution should be carried through according to the Distribution Center's management flow and Drop and Pull Transport should be chosen for the transportation. (2) The standpoint of subsection's turnover storage-quantity, ground's scheme-management and computer-simulation is proposed and simulator is worked out.The distribution research on subsection's turnover and finished-product-steel is in favor of enterprise's logistics function's optimization and production-benefit's increase, possessing corking academic meaning and applied value.
