Design The Performance Management System To Group Customer Manager In China Mobile Jinzhou Branch

Performance management has become the center of modern enterprises management. Performance management in the operation of enterprises with three core purposes: it can ensure enterprises strategic objectives to be achieved; it can improve the performance of organizations and individuals; and it can be as a standard for judging the distribution of interests. It is an important and new problem, that how to design a performance management system which is suit to the enterprise strategy development.In this paper, based on the background of the group customer manager work features, organization structure, human resources features and corporate culture, and by using knowledge and technologies of performance assessment, a new performance management system to group customer manager based on key performance indication is put forward. The application of the new performance management can improve the performance of group customer manager, promote the creative of group customer manager, and strengthen the enterprise continuously developing ability.During the design, I make a further study of performance management, and also analyze the present situation of group customer manager's performance assessment in China Mobile Jinzhou Branch. On these bases, I design the performance management system, and examine it's practically effect during the operation of performance management system.The performance manage is a process which consummates unceasingly. The redesign performances management system also has some problems, for example: inner communications are not smooth, and train beforehand to the department managers insufficiently, etc. This paper finally points out further improves measures that should be done deep in: integrate with information system application, improve internal communication, strengthen the staff training and so on.
