Expirical Study On Methods Of IT Risk Evalution

IT goes into people's life in all aspects gradually, as IT brings advantages, it also has many risks. The application of this research can be evaluated from high-risk characteristic and various ongoing needs of IT projects. IT project is affected by many factors, only risk estimation can provides credible evidence for organization to implement risk management effectively.This paper reviews the history of this subject both domestically and abroad firstly, and points out that the theory of IT risk management is still in the course of development, not yet perfect. The purpose of the research on IT risk estimate and the complexity, the difficulty is detailed specially. Then, concepts of risk,risk management and IT risk estimation are defined, and five familiar risk management systems are compared. Thirdly, it emphases on risk identify and risk estimate, and many investigation and discussion has been made. Finally, after compareing ths risk factors system in existence this research chooses the appropriate as thereunder of questionnaire, and proof-test the validity of data though analyze. Based on the present situation (the data from questionnaire), analysis and comparison of IT risk estimate has some useful result through CSF,FAHP and ID. It provides some help for theoretical model and method of IT risk estimation, and has practical implications for IT risk management.
