Automated warehouse is one kind of warehouses that can automatically do in-out storage operations. It is accompanied by use of high-shelf storage of containers or pallets of goods, with the laneway stacker, automatic sorting system, and automatic in-out transmission systems, automatic control systems, computer warehouse management system and its surrounding facilities.The emergence and development of automated warehouse is the result of highly developed productive forces. With the continuous development of social productive forces, the original warehouse operations cannot meet the needs of social production and life, accompanied by the continuous development of the urbanization process, caused by rising land prices, forcing people to have to consider storage space to the three-dimensional direction.Now with the development of automated warehouse in China, we have the initial conditions of developing automated logistics management technology. Since the 1990s, some of our key cigarette industrial enterprises have carried out plant relocation or expansion of transformation. The automated warehouse is in the technological transformation of the range. It improves the level of automation of the logistics management, access to a better economic efficiency and social effective.Automated warehouse has become the inevitable trend of transformation of cigarette industrial enterprises. However, because each enterprise has its own characteristics: such as total area, invest, degree of automation, degree of information, running cost, storage efficiency, storage efficiency, weather conditions, building structures, structural strength, temperature and humidity balance, overall contour of joint workshops, labor and employment, national policies and other factors, select Automatic Storage System may or may not have all the conditions. Therefore, the choice of storage mode becomes the key to successful storage system. How to coordinate among the various aspects of relationship to find the best balance for the business decisions, that will build a modern and to adapt to its own characteristics storage systems. In this paper, take warehouse automation system in Yanji cigarette factory plant relocation projects as an example to carry out detail.Construction of automated warehouse system bring a series of problems such as: the location topography of an automated warehousing system, warehouse storage, logistics operations form and mode of operation with other departments has been a fundamental change, so process of the business should be transformed; automated warehouse is composed a large number of automated high-tech device, and it requires to establish a high-quality maintenance, operations staff; the problems are brought by changing the organizational structure; automated warehouse management information system is different from the old mode of Logistics Information Management System, in the old system, data collection is manual input, the automation system through the electrical components, machines and equipment to collect data, so we must re-designed structure of management system to make passive collection becomes active collection; automated warehousing systems integrate seamlessly with other systems, to meet the needs of enterprise-wide information system, to ensure the entire enterprise logistics, information flow, capital flow unobstructed; re-enacted a variety of information systems and enterprise hardware and software interfaces.Therefore, we can only solve the above problem through the Business Process Reengineering design, that is, a fundamental thinking and thoroughness reconstruction must be made, rather than repairing or speed up existing things. Reconstruction design of business process is achieved through the following ways: First, the design of business processes must be done, then it can be solved that topography, storage space, advanced equipment, automated warehousing process brought about changes to the process Layout and logistics operation mode through business process re-engineering. The process design involves to the planning of equipments and design of the function process, the different layouts of devices determine the different operating modes and functions which to be achieved, there are mainly three kinds of materials which are directly related to enterprises production of cigarette industrial: raw materials of formulation (such as leaves, tobacco stems, slice, expansion tobacco, etc.), cigarette packaging materials and finished products. In the relocation transformation, Yanji Cigarette Factory according to the different types of production materials, the automatic logistics warehousing system is divided into three high rack warehouses which are formula high rack warehouse, accessories high rack warehouse and finished product high rack warehouse. The difference between the materials stored in each high rack warehouses determines that their main mechanical equipment and processes layout of equipments are different.Second, the software architecture of automatic storage system must be designed. If the logistics hardware device is compared as the human body, then the logistics software solution constitutes human's wisdom and soul, the combination of body and soul is the whole person. Similarly, it is not enough to build an advanced logistics system and improve logistics management by logistics equipment lonely. The problems of underlying automated collection and seamless integration between software can be solved with the method of rational design of software architecture, and seamless integration can be achieved between equipment and software, software and software.The automatic logistics warehousing system is divided into three high rack warehouse subsystems which are formula high rack warehouse, accessories high rack warehouse and finished product high rack warehouse, and design idea of "centralized management, decentralized control, integrated control with the combination of slice" is adopt to achieve information sharing among each high rack warehouse subsystems.The subsystems of high rack warehouse are independent in automated stereoscopic warehouse with their own management control systems, which satisfy their respective demands. The management control systems of high rack warehouse are divided into three levels: the first one is database information management server for Automatic Logistics System, which implements storage and backup of data information, as well as management control of subsystems of high rack warehouse. It Provides interfaces for data sheet of the other information system. Thus, the whole automated stereoscopic warehouse is used for information management in the enterprises. The second one is scheduling control level, which is a bond between information management level and machine control level. The industrial computers with QNX operating system (Editor's Note: QNX is a distributed, embedded, real-time operating system whose scale can be expanded) characterized by high efficiency and stability are used in Yanji Cigarette Factory for control. In this dimension, various data and information are collected according to the control system of underlying devices to determine the status which equipments are on, and the operation status of each device is displayed (such as equipment operation or stop condition as well as the location and quantity of goods, etc.), so that the relevant information and data can be provided to information management level. The third one is machine control level, which integrates various kinds of industry control networks, including transmission control system,AGV scheduling system,Sorting Stacking System etc. The level is able to accept scheduling information and order from scheduling control level and control mechanical equipment.Finally, the organizational structure and corresponding positions must be designed. Automatic warehouse is different from previous storehouse mode. Manual operations are replaced by high-tech equipment on storage and retrieval management. Therefore, and position settings in processes and technical content have changed. By design, the appropriate position is set at the right place; it not only avoids businesses cross-cutting issues because of setting too many jobs, but also avoids no management problems because of setting too few jobs. Enhancing the introduction and cultivation of talents must be done to make them capable of a new automatic warehouse operation. In any production process, people are in the dominant position. How the people's quality is directly related to whether the advanced technology, methods and measures which are necessary to process reengineering can be implemented and play a role or not.
