The Research And Design Of Automation Institute Of LZPC MIS

During the knowledge economy era,the enterprise institution enhances the corporation scientific and technological innovation capability,which by focus on knowledge capital intangible capital,intellectual capital.At the same time,the enterprise institution is key of transferring the scientific and technological achievements into economic value in value chain.As the typical state-owned enterprise(SOE)institution,the Automation Institute of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company face a urgent problem,what is how to using the information technology making the Automation Institute(AI)adapt to the external environment,improving management efficiency,promoting organizational development.The paper first analysis actual business process and management requirements to ensure practicability of Automation Institute of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Management Information System(A IMIS),and introduces the AIMIS design objective.According to the analysis and design,AIMIS cover all Al actual businesses.AIMIS is divided into five management module:equipment management,human resource management,scientific research management,customer relationship management,financial management.Under actual business process,each management module designing based on relevant management theory to improve operating efficiency:Equipment-Asset Life Cycle Cost management for equipment management module,Model of Multiple Stimulus for human resource management module,Life Cycle for scientific research management module,Customer life cycle for CRM module.Also,the data of five modules can be exchanged smoothly.So the AIMIS promoting AI flat management and cooperative work effectively.The paper present AIMIS integration function based on interface designing under information planning of LZPC "Twelfth Five-year Plan".Meanwhile this paper introduces the necessity of exchanging data between AIMIS and other systems.AIMIS will promoting breaking the boundaries of established businesses of AI,understanding of the modern enterprise management for AI handler,development of AI overall business.
