Study On Development Of Camellia Oleifera Industrialization In Fujian Province

China is an edible oil production and consumption super-country, and every year need to import large amount of vegetable oil and oil fat to guarantee supply. With the growth of oil crop plant area slowed down and become lessening, which would enlarge dependent degree of China to the world edible oil market, now the dependent degree of China edible oil reached 60%. Camellia oil is a unique Chinese traditional edible vegetable oil with delicious taste, enduring long-time store, easy to digest and abort and good medical and health Care function to body. It is the most favorite green, health-care edible vegetable oil.Problems of grain and oil security are important problems in China, which has been related to society stabilization and economic development. Utilizing the rich woodland resource to plant Camellia oleifera, this would improve the planting structure. And developing the improved variety Camellia oleifera base in mountain and hilly areas would remit the shortage and insufficient total amount of oil crop planting land. Fujian province is one of central production area in China with long history of Camellia oleifera cultivation. But Fujian Camellia oleifera industry is facing some problems, it mainly embody follow:(1) Insufficient understanding and industrial polices not in place; (2) Poor varieties and low fine Varieties extension area; (3) Extensive management and low intensive degree; (4) aging and inhomogeneous density of Camellia oleifera trees; (5) Low scientific and technological content, low degree of Camellia oleifera industrialization, and poor level of comprehensive utilization ; (6)deficiency of sci-tech input and Scientific Research personnel. Such problems of Fujian Camellia oleifera industry resulted in slowing progress of industrialization and making large gap comparing with the advanced Camellia oleifera industry province.This paper briefly introduced Camellia oleifera industry developmental status in China; And the current development status and problems of Fujian Camellia oleifera industry were analyzed;The intension and characteristics of Camellia oleifera industrialization and main development and benefit distribution mode of Camellia oleifera industry were analyzed in China. The experience of oversea 0lea europaea industrialization, experience of Camellia oleifera industrialization in Hunan province, Jiangxi province and Zhejiang province were introduced. Taking practice of Camellia oleifera Industrialization in Youxi county as a case, and cultivation history, current status, industrial policies and industrialization states of Camellia oleifera were investigated and analyzed in Youxi county.Base on the developmental advantages of Fujian Camellia oleifera industry, summarizing practice of Camellia oleifera Industrialization in Youxi county and using experience of oversea 0lea europaea and domestic Camellia oleifera industrialization for reference, put forwarded the countermeasure and measure of promoting Fujian Camellia oleifera industrialization process. They included as follow: (1) Strengthen leadership; (2)Optimize industrial distribution; (3) extend fine Camellia oleifera cultivars; (4) Carry out standardization of cultivation management; (5) Strengthen scientific and technological planning and support; (6) Technique training to peasants and sci-tech extension; (7)enlarge Capital Input and policy support; (8) support leading enterprises, prolong industry chain and promote Camellia oleifera industrialization progress; (9) Pay attention to ecological protection.
