| The relationship between economic development and the process of urbanization is increasing closely since the year of 2000, and also the step of social wealth flowing to urbanization areas from rural areas and other places is becoming faster and faster. What is more is that, the city government and academia stick to the idea that the concentration model is the basic characteristics of urbanization. But the author notices that there exits large number of people moving between urban and suburban areas even rural areas that far away, so as to the social wealth (in this paper named "the phenomenon of wealth backflow").It is indications that the absolute concentration of urban theory doesn't seem to gain a firm foothold. While the Chinese economy is developing rapidly, the view is too narrow for some people who only concentrate on the questions like how to enlarge the city scale or how to attract people to enter into it. Maybe we should pay much more time on the questions like how does urbanization happen? Why do these cities show characteristics like this? How to build the city theory system in China? And so on.In the other way, the author believes that urbanization has its own inherent logic model, and this paper tried to explain urbanization mechanism based on the phenomenon of wealth backflow. So the article firstly reviews the general logic of urban development mold; then explains the urbanization mechanisms from the perspective of macroeconomic and microeconomic by selected some appropriate parameters; and finally the paper chooses Xixinan as an case study which is in southern Anhui province, and it will provide a good lesson to build the theory of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. |
