Study On The Convergence Of Urban And Rural Basic Endowment Insurance System

Influced by the factors such as history,politics,economy,The field in the sococial security shows diverity trend,it behaves the unbalanced development between urban and rural, regions and industries, The system can not be achieved the effective interface.The system that can't not be achieved must hinder of the urban and rural ,the constitution of harmonious society and the procession of urbanization.In this paper, it discusses from the theories and the concept definition related the convergence of the basic endowment insurance system,firstly ,it recalls and analyzes the histories of the rual and urban basic endowment insurnance system , find out the historical and reality reasons that the two systems can't be interface ,and analyzes the adverse influcence to our society and economy development;then,it brings forward the basic priciples,conditions and the basic ideas of the convergence of the basic endowment insurance system.Lastly,it brings forward the ways to realize the effective convergence that the urban enterprise,institutions basic endowment insurnance system should be better and the rural basic endowment insurnance system shoud be reformed and choose the appropriate mode of convergence,and it also brings forward some advices that how to advance the convergence of the two basic endowment insurnance system currently.
