Study On The Guangdong Province Convergence Of Urban And Rural Basic Endowment Insurance System

It is a vital assignment to establish the Convergence of Urban and Rural Basic Endowment Insurance System, which is able to enhance the fairness, adapt retention and maintain sustainability for the residents living in both urban and rural area. Furthermore, it is a demand of helping insured employees to protect their basic rights, improving the mobility of human resource market and the policy of the basic endowment insurance has also been promoted. Lastly, this endowment insurance system will be helpful to increase the rate and quality of individuals participating insurance, additionally it is conductive to improve social fairness and boost the development of integration of rural and urban area.In light of the realistic policy of endowment insurance in Guangdong Province, this study initially structure the theory and necessity of convergence of urban and rural endowment insurance via a methodology of making all plans and factors into consideration, and undertaking socialism with Chinese characteristics with scientific development. Secondly, it reviews the historic development of the mechanism of the endowment insurance in Guangdong Province; moreover some possible problems that this system may experience will be reasonably assessed in this study.Lastly, this topic is going to regard Guangdong Province as an example due to the imbalance of its economical development and the huge population. Some recommendations and strategies will be provided on the aspects of implementing mechanism of convergence, operation on optimizing programme of endowment insurance and available supporting database etc. with typicality and originality. Therefore, this dissertation is able to offer some suggestions to the people of other domestic areas who need to build the Convergence of Urban and Rural Basic Endowment Insurance System.
