| Aviation industry is a strategic industry which affects the national security and the smooth development of economy. After development of five decades, China's aviation industry has made great achievements, but there are still many problems. In order to develop China's aviation industry, we have to increase the strength of technology innovation, improve the level of technology innovation. For this reason, we need to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and objective analysis to the current situation of enterprise's technology innovation of China's aviation industry.Firstly, according to the theories of technological innovation evaluation, and combined with the features of aviation industry enterprises, conduct a study to the theory, method and evaluation index system of enterprise's technology innovation evaluation of aviation industry; Secondly, conduct a study on the current situation and the main problems of China's aviation industry, the general situation and the characteristic of enterprise's technology innovation of China's aviation industry; Finally, using osculating value method, DEA method, and comparative analysis method and other methods, combined with technological innovation survey of China's aviation industry, conduct a comprehensive evaluation and empirical analysis to enterprise's technology innovation of China's aviation industry from different angles; Finally, put forward some countermeasures to enhance the level of technological innovation and promote the development of China's aviation industry.This study finds that there are some problems with enterprise's technological innovation of China's aviation industry, including the conduction of technological innovation, the input of technological innovation, gradation of cooperative innovation, the level of independent innovation, technology innovation capability of aviation industry enterprise of different types, technology innovation performance of aviation industry enterprise in different regions. In the end, based on these problems, this paper argues that it is necessary to carry out technological innovation strategy and HR strategy, build technical innovation system, increase R&D input to promote the level of China's aviation industry. |
